| Members from Louisville Town Board and Sand Creek Town Board, their planner/engineer/attorney representatives, Scott County Planning and members from Progressive Rail's team will meet to further discuss groundwater quality, noise/air concerns with regards to the EAW for proposed frac sand mining. Immediately following the meeting, attendees are invited to the proposed mining site for a tour by Great Plains Sands. |
